When you access this website, your browser transmits technically necessary data which the server records in log files. The following are recorded:

• the previously visited page (referrer), where transmitted
• the IP address of the requesting device

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR. The legitimate interest lies in the technically sound operation and the security of the website. This data is not combined with other data sources and is not used to build usage profiles. Log files are deleted after seven days at the latest, unless they are required to investigate a specific security incident.

This website is operated at netcup GmbH (Daimlerstraße 25, 76185 Karlsruhe, Deutschland). The provider processes the connection data described above on my behalf; the servers are located in Germany. This is governed by a data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.

This website is delivered exclusively over an encrypted HTTPS (TLS) connection. Content you send to me or retrieve from me is thereby protected against being read by third parties.

The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR where your enquiry relates to entering into or performing a contract, and otherwise Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR.

Your message is retained until the matter has been fully resolved and no statutory retention periods stand in the way. Commercial and tax retention obligations remain unaffected.
